Revenue Analytics Manager (m/f/d)

EIT Health e.V.
Full-time
Temporary

Your responsibilities

EIT Health is looking for a Revenue Analytics Manager to own our commercial revenue dashboards, models and forecasts across a unique portfolio of funded healthcare innovation projects. In this role, you turn complex contracts and project outcomes into clear revenue projections, risk insights and portfolio-level views for senior management.

Reporting to the Head of Investments and Profit Growth, you will design and operate the Asset Performance Dashboard and related tools, consolidate commercial claims, and build revenue and risk scenarios that guide pricing, contracting and investment decisions across Europe. You will work closely with Finance, Commercial and Programme Delivery teams to provide portfolio-level risk and performance insights for data-driven decisions.

Your main responsibilities:
  • Design, build and maintain the Asset Performance Dashboard to give clear, timely visibility into the performance of commercial assets and contracts.
  • Maintain and operate the commercial agreement tracker, including contract mapping and management, claim monitoring and documentation, and hand over consolidated claims to Finance for invoicing.
  • Develop and update commercial revenue projections and scenario analyses at individual asset and portfolio level, continuously refining assumptions based on actuals and new information.
  • Conduct systematic risk assessments of commercial assets (e.g. contractual, counterparty, pricing, volume and timing risks), define practical mitigation measures and monitor their impact over time.
  • Collaborate closely with Finance (FP&A), Commercial and Programme Delivery teams to ensure accurate consolidation, forecasting and reporting of commercial revenue and associated risks.
  • Partner with Investment, Asset Management, Product Growth and Programme Delivery colleagues to translate portfolio insights into concrete actions on contracts, pricing, prioritisation and resource allocation.
  • Prepare regular management reports and presentations summarising asset performance, forecast updates, risk exposures and recommended actions.

Your skills & knowledge

  • University degree in finance, business, economics, data/analytics or a related field; a master’s degree is an advantage.
  • 3–5 years of experience in revenue analytics, commercial controlling, business modelling, portfolio management or a similar analytical role in a complex organisation.
  • Hands-on experience working with commercial contracts or agreements (e.g. grants, licensing, service contracts, revenue-sharing or partnership agreements) and translating them into financial models.
  • Proven track record in building and maintaining revenue forecasts, dashboards or performance reporting for senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in financial modelling, sensitivity analysis and scenario planning focused on revenue and margin.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and solid experience with dashboards or BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau or similar).
  • Structured, detail-oriented working style with strong ownership for data quality, consistency and process reliability.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to synthesise complex quantitative information into clear insights and recommendations for finance and non-finance stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in an international, remote first environment and collaborating across functions and seniority levels.
  • Experience in healthcare, life sciences, innovation funding or EU‑funded projects is a plus.

What we offer

  • We are a 100% “Remote First” company, hiring in Germany, France, Spain and Poland
  • The possibility to join offices in various locations around Europe during business travel.
  • Flexible working hours
  • Straight forward internal communication, non-hierarchical structure, and freedom to operate with autonomy.
  • A large and vibrant network in the healthcare sector, with exposure to high-level and senior representatives from key players and influencers.
